In this residential project, we sought to create functional spaces that respond flexibly to specific needs the client expressed. The main axis of the common area is a multifunctional volume which integrates to the building’s structure, leaving it apparent. The common area is delimited by floated volumes, providing a sense of space and allowing privacy between spaces, without being completely isolated from each other.
These floating volumes allow natural light to flood each space, generating a big space sensation. The use of materials in their natural state gives this project a timeless and cozy feeling of space.
